My fascination with Herman Melville’s novel, Moby Dick, has led me to this almost decade long project of creating this musical theatre work. The inspired and musical language of Melville inspired the musical language in me!

Many of the songs seem to have written themselves in this fantastical Passion Play.

My collaborator in the orchestration of the songs was Richard Fron. Another Melville maven enamored with the book. We are hoping to record all of the songs in a live setting.

My wish is that this web site will generate the interest of some theatrical company that will give this show a live reading and ultimately a live performance.
